Dear All It is with great sadness to report that Douglas Gordon has passed away. I have received this from Leslie Dyson: Douglas [Dougy] Gordon died on 3/7/2014,as the result of an RTA in Paisley near his home town of Glasgow. Dougy joined in 1974,during the first year of direct entry recruitment into the Corps. He served with 2 Regt AAC HQ at Lubbecke and 659 Sqn at Osnabruck, then Detmold as an A/tpr. He left in 78/79.He remained in contact with many of his old friends in, and out of the Corps. He will be remembered with much affection, and sadly missed by all those whose lives he touched. As soon as there are any details, i.e. ,Funeral Arrangements I will post them for those who wish to attend. Regards. Les Dyson. I will add more details as I get them.
