JOB DESCRIPTION (For Sales Trainees): Key Responsibilities: (Under Customer Executive & Accounts Development Coordinator’s supervision): 1. Distributor Handling/Management: • Motivating and Coaching the Distributor Team and handholding where required. • Building of good rapport as well as controlling the Distributor Team. • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation to maintain stocks freshness. 2. Driving Volume and Growth in the given Territory: • Appropriate distribution across the territory. • Recognizing Selling opportunities. • Identify and target new accounts. 3. Merchandising and Promotion: • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation. • Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Pepsi Company standards. • Utilize point of purchase material. 4. Channel Management: • Awareness of various channels like grocery, eateries etc. • On-boarding of particular channels to our existing channel-specific schemes.
