Dear All, KBR, through a joint venture with Jubail-based AYTB, will deliver full-service maintenance services at the SATORP refinery. The contract value is in the approximate range between $140 million and $170 million, depending on services. Required: All candidates must speak English Painter: 5 years’ experience of hands on painting. ( Not home painting). Should be skillful in brush, roller and spray gun application of painting. Should be aware of some painting system and quality checks associated with painting. Mason: 8 years’ experience of hands on mason in civil construction / building etc. Should have experience in concrete mixing, pouring, plastering. Tile fixing, brick work, roofing. High School Degree required. Carpenter: 8 years’ experience of hands on form work carpenter in civil construction / building etc. Should have experience in concrete shuttering, excavation shuttering, doors, windows fixing, wood work, gypsum work, fixing locks, repairing locks, PVC and other lamination work. High School Degree required. Mobile Equipment Supervisor: 10 years’ experience in Petrochemical/Refinery/ Fertilizer and construction type industry with minimum 5 years in supervisory position. Technical school / Diploma with good knowledge on maintenance of all types of mobile equipment such a crane, fork trucks, earth moving equipment, hydrojetters, Misc. Industrial equipment and generators. Should be a diploma / tech school graduate with a computer knowledge. Quantity Surveyor Scaffolding: 8 years’ experience in building scaffolding in Petrochemical/Refinery/ Fertilizer type industry with minimum 3 years in supervisory position. . Technical school / Diploma with good knowledge of scaffolding erection, inspection, measurement. Should be graduate in any discipline with computer skills and communications skills. Quantity Surveyor Insulation: 8 years’ experience in different types of thermal insulation in Petrochemical/Refinery/ Fertilizer type industry with minimum 3 years in supervisory position. Technical School/ Diploma with good knowledge of insulation, refractory, inspection and measurement. Should be graduate in any discipline with computer skills and communications skills. Pipefitter Fabricator III: 5 years’ experience of hands on welding experience in fabrication of piping, plates, structural. Should be able to make good fits ups, read isometric drawing and make measurements. Should have skills in using power tools. Should be aware of Oxy- Acetylene Gas cutting. Minimum.
