Dear All Members From day 1 of the movement, we have maintained the movement would remain apolitical as We have full faith in current government led by honorable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra D. Modi and we have full faith that our demands and requests would be heeded by the authorities. But since yesterday, Mr. Pankaj Jain has tried to capture and hijack our movement by approaching political people and the meeting which happened yesterday i.e. on 12th August, with Honorable HRD Minister Smriti Irani was NOT from RSI. It was a meeting organized by ABVP and it was attended by ABVP members along with Mr. Pankaj Jain. You can check that from ABVP tweets and ABVP facebook page. Please find attached screen shots. It is not regarding ABVP but tomorrow some other person would come with NSUI or AAP or any other political organization and that would screw our movement. We wanted to apprise to all of research community regarding this. We didnt know that Mr. Pankaj Jain is taking support from political people. Tomorrow on 14th August he has a meeting with Dr. VijayRaghavan and we dont know what he is going to speak to him. IISc People please take a note of this and he is tagging us in the meeting photo to fulfil his ulterior motives. He is informing us wrong things. We request you all to go to that photo and try to check who are the people present in the meeting. We dont have any problem with any political party but this is a matter of our rights and not a political issue and again we want to reiterate that we have full faith in government that justice would be done with whole of research community and soon this mission of hike in fellowship would be achieved.
