Answer: The majority of contracts are bilateral (or synallagmatic) contracts. Entry 27: The person, against whom court proceedings were going on, pleaded that actually he was under pressure i.e. actual physical force, to do that particular act. Answer: The defendant pleaded duress. Entry 28: He carried me away without my consent by means of force /threat/fraud. Answer: He kidnapped me.
