The top-floor flat is located in direct Downtown between the Bazilika, Opera and the Andrassy Avenue in a quiet building. From here you have excellent public transport connections to all the parts of town (M1,2,3 - Tram 47,48,49 & 4-6, several buses and the Nyugati palyaudvar are also close). All main cultural sights and party locations are at your finger tips within walking distance. The rental fee is 300 € & 50 € common costs. Utilities (gas, electricity and internet) have to be paid extra on a monthly basis, according to your exact consumption (individual meters). The spacious flat is perfect for a single person or a couple (see the floor plan) and leaves enough space for having friends & family over (there are 2 convertable sofa beds). You also have a small balcony! All items & furniture of daily use are at your disposal (bedding and linen, towels, washing mashine, TV, fridge, freezer, kitchen utilities).
