Dear All, Thank you for registering for our May 11th Sante! In a few short hours, we will see you (bright and early!) at ITPB Cricket Grounds. You will meet us at the entrance (we will have a registration table set up), and we will give you your stall number. To make the process easier, you can show us the receipt that we gave you, or share the name of the person whose name appears on the receipt. Please note that cars are not allowed AT ALL inside the venue. This is a rule that has been set by the ITPB authorities, and we are bound to following it. We request you to please unload your vehicles QUICKLY, and then move your cars to the multi-level car park for parking. We would highly appreciate your cooperation in parking in the upper levels so that we can keep the lower levels for visitors. Here are a few things that you should remember to bring: 1. Table cloth for the 3 tables provided (each measures 6 X 2 feet) 2. Tarpaulin sheet for the roof (in case of rain) 3. Plastic sheet to cover your products (in case of rain) 4. Carpeting for the inside of your stall if you would like to keep the dust out 5. Mosquito repellent 6. Some extra sheets in case you wish to create some shade within your stall against the afternoon sun 7. Extension box 8. Extra lighting 9. Banner or flex 10. Visiting cards 11. Paper or cloth bags in which you will give your products Just as a reminder, we give you: 1. Three tables, measuring 6 X 2 feet 2. 2 chairs 3. 40 watt bulb 4. Cloth roof cover 5.
