Dear All, Thanks to the efforts of Rear Admiral Rtd Gary A R Best MSS. the compound of the North Georgetown Secondary school is undergoing significant transformation. As many of you may know years of neglect has resulted in the schools surroundings becoming overgrown with weeds and bush. this together with heaps of garbage has made the schools environment an unsightly one. The Guyana Alumni is support the Rear Admiral Rtd in his efforts to clean up the school and call on all present and past students to join in this effort. Please see below photos of the before and during the clean up. This exercise is a very costly one and involved Bob Cats, excavators, trucks and significant amount of labour. We would therefore appreciate your generous donations in meeting the cost of this exercise. Your pledges via this medium would be highly appreciated.
