Modified Bitumen roof system membranes are composed of multiple layers. There are two types of MB roofing membranes: hot moppings of asphalt or cold adhesive and adhesive backing. Modified bitumen membranes typically are heat-welded or torch-applied. Surfacings for MB membranes include aggregate surfacing, mineral surfacing, and metal foil-laminate surfacing and smooth liquid-applied surfacing. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in the operation of all related tools and equipment. Commercial and Residential experience a must. Experience Required: 04 Years 3. Drywallers, Steel Stud. Curtain walls experience, skylights, shower/tub enclosures, storefronts, windows, doors etc. Read and interpret blueprints. Experience Required: 04 Years 9. CNC Machinists. (Wages: $16.00 to $26.00 Per Hour ) Skill Requirements: Program computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.Set up and adjust production machinery. Repair and calibrate machine tools and parts. Maintain start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required. Fit and assemble parts into complete assembly and verify dimensions and alignments. Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut. Enter commands to retrieve, input or edit computerized machine control media. (Wages: $16.00 to $27.00 Per Hour) Skill Requirements: Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to: study blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use, and lay out the sequence of tasks. Make detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required, measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves and fittings, join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position use testing equipment to check systems for leaks. Experience Required: 05 Years 12. Ironworkers. (Wages: $20.75 to $35.00 Per Hour) Skill Requirements: Read blueprints and specifications. Erect and install hoisting equipment. Assemble rigging (cables, pulleys, and hooks) to move heavy equipment and materials. Check the alignments and join steel parts by bolting or tack welding them with an electric arc process. Assemble and erect pre-fabricated metal structures. Select, cut, bend, position, and secure steel bars or wire mesh in concrete forms to reinforce the concrete. Install ornamental and other structural metalwork such as curtain walls, metal stairways, railings and power doors. Experience Required: 05 Years 13. Diesel Mechanics/Buses. (Wages: $16.00 to $29.00 Per Hour) Skill Requirements: Repair and maintain buses, light to medium sized trucks etc. Experience Required: 05 Years 14. Plasterers/Stucco. (Wages: $16.86 to $29.44 Per Hour) Skill Requirements: Commercial Residential experience. Stucco, Plaster Mold, Cast making. Fireproofing and waterproofing experience an asset.
