Dear All, this is very important. The Lifesavers Association of South Africa need to know which competition rash vests worked best, so that they are able to determine which were of the best quality, which design to use etc, so that clubs around the country know which supplier to use, design and so forth. The questionnaires were supposed to have been filled out by the 26th June. To date no one has returned their questionnaire. I have attached the questionnaire under the file section of facebook for you. If you are not comfortable sending it to me at [email protected], please fill it out and send it to hird_candice@yahoo Please everyone let us know...otherwise we will not be able to have our say once decisions are taken, as we have been given the opportunity to have our say now. (Please note that this does not mean that our rash vests are no longer of use or being changed - it just for strategic decision making at LSA level). An interesting note on competition rash vests....They apparently should be about two sizes smaller than your normal size, in fact in serious competitions they actually cut into swimmers they are so tight. This is to avoid drag etc. They are supposed to sit on or above your bellybutton as well.
