Dear All, we are currently receiving quite a few requests from people wishing to donate towards education for the children who are on our waiting lists, particularly following the news of our successful 777 challenge. This is something we are so, so thankful for, however please understand that we have some limitations in how we can accept payment. I realise that most people these days would like a straight forward online system whereby they can donate using a credit card, however due to various laws and regulations we are not currently able to set this up properly. We also can not receive other forms of direct payment to MCF. The only option we have is for you to send a transaction direct to the schools themselves, either by bank transfer or some other transfer method (such as Western Union). I realise that this is not so convenient but PLEASE DONT LET THIS PUT YOU OFF, your donation is so needed by these kids and that extra bit of effort that it will take to donate will make a difference to their lives which is so significant that its probably difficult to imagine. The advantage of this payment method is that you can be assured that all funds go directly to their education, which is closely monitored by us. To donate, please contact us and we will give you the details of the school. You should make a reference on the payment that it is for MCF Students. Then if you send us a copy of the transfer receipt we will follow up to ensure that the funds sent does educate the children on our list and we will send you confirmation of this.
