Dear Alumni Members, In view of the unexpected closure of the university and holidays, it has been decided to extend the nomination submission date from December 26, 2014 to December 31, 2014 while the election date/EOGM will remain the same. The revised election schedule is enclosed. The eligible member may now file their nomination paper with IBA, New Campus, Lahore up to 5.00 p.m. December 31, 2014 duly filled, signed and proposed & seconded by eligible members. It is further clarified that election of the Executive committee for the three Years term 2014-17 are being held under the existing approved Memorandum & Rules of the Association already uploaded on IBA-PU Alumni Association website. The category of members and voting right has been clearly defined in the Rules.
