Dear Amicalistes, Today is the day !!! Today, is the first round of the ROTY Competition for 2013. If your Receptionist is competing you will need to know the following; Location: Media One Hotel Date: Saturday 7th September 2013 – Today Dress code: All candidates should appear in their full official Hotel Uniform Time: As per circulated schedule, please make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment, to allow your candidate to relax, get used to the environment and so we can take a quick picture of the candidate also. What: The first round consists of a 15 minute interview with set questions that will be asked of each candidate. Criteria: The criteria that we judge against are, Communication, Grooming and how well the questions are answered. We would suggest that you as the member accompany the candidate for support, if not then maybe someone else from your team.
