Dear Artists! I joyfully invite you to participate in the largest Open Show in the Pacific Northwest. I work for the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts as the Open Show Curator. With my fearless team of 14 Curatorial Assistants we help to create a temporary art exhibition unlike any other in the region home to 1,000 original works. The Festival hosts over 20,000 guests in late June, and your work can be seen and purchased by this audience! At the Open Show, we sell nearly 40% of the pieces exhibited. At the Open Show we host art demonstrations and exemplary pieces are awarded cash prizes and ribbons by 3 independent judges. I hope to hang work from many of the inspiring and lovely Portland artists that I share this wonderful community with! Thank you!
