Dear Asgardians, While the latency and disconnection issues have been resolved since 4th June 0000hrs, we have been conducting thorough investigations with our ISPs to determine the cause of it. It has been concluded that the latency issue was due to a network flaw on Starhubs end. Since then, our IT engineers have been working closely with Starhub to ensure that this incident does not occur again. At the present moment, our team has made some recommendations and we are waiting for Starhubs final reply. We will update everyone again on this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
