Dear Attorney General Holder: I hope St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch and his assistants are -- or are becoming -- just as much targets of Justice Department probes as the Ferguson and St. Louis County police forces are. Just before Wilsons testimony, they misinformed the grand jury that fleeing an arrest was legal grounds for lethal use of force when it wasnt -- and then, in the nick of time, just before deliberations began, corrected themselves so obliquely and confusingly that most of the grand jurors would probably still tell you it is. Its become clear that Robert McCulloch and his office arent incidental parts of the problem, theyre critical infrastructure. Go after them. With their own document dump.
