Dear BMX enthusiasts, I had a meeting with the RMOW and Whistler Sports Legacies Society today. We have come to the conclusion that the best fit for our track is to opt for a standard size track (no Supercross). Given that we have the bulk of the dirt and commitment for a gate, we now need to raise the funds to build our track. I will be submitting the final drawings for approval in the coming weeks at which point the property will be ours to build on. If people want to get involved in WBMX and have fundraising experience or ideas please get in touch so we can achieve the ambitious goal of earning enough this winter to build early next summer.
