Dear Band Alumni and friends of the band. It is with great sadness that a dear man and one of the hardest workers for the band passed away on Christmas Eve. Frank Skaggs lost his battle with cancer. He is at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 pm and after 9 am Tuesday with the funeral at 10 am Tuesday morning. Please lets come out and support this family. He was very special and gave so much of his time. The family asked that donations and expressions of sympathy be made to the Daviess County Band or to the Hospice of Western Kentucky.
