Dear Bayantel: For the past week, I have been attempting to call several different numbers. Some are Bayantel numbers, others PLDT and others, Globe. Not a single phone call got through. Not one. Every single call yielded a busy signal. I ended up calling cell phones instead through my cell and was assured at every call that no, their landlines were not in use at the time of my call. And so what does this mean? It means that you have offered me a service you cannot deliver. Phones should make calls. If you do not have sufficient lines to deliver that service, then I want my money back. This freaking phone which had been out of order for three months, but now reactivated, is STILL useless.
