Dear Beit Zatoun Friends on Facebook, From what you have seen or rather NOT seen in your feeds of late from Beit Zatoun, it seems that Facebook is no longer fulfilling a role of disseminating Beit Zatoun events to our friends. It used to be that when a FB event was created it automatically appeared in friends feeds. Without this function FB has lost much of its value to Beit Zatoun. Maybe there is a setting that can resolve this situation - does anyone know? Any input or direction to resolve would be most helpful and appreciated. Or is this simply FBs desire to monetize and get users to pay for promoting events? In which case BZs use of FB would greatly diminish as we do not have budget for this. For now, BZ will create posts and get events out through that circuitous route. Thank you.
