Dear Beneficiary, Victims of scam in India and of human rights violations (regardless of their legal status) have a right to be compensated for the losses sustained due to the crime committed on her/him. Compensation can be sought through criminal, civil or administrative procedures, and can be awarded for material (including unpaid wages and medical expenses) and non-material (such as for pain, suffering and trauma) damages). The victim of a criminal act can claim for compensation from the offender as part of a criminal case. Regretting the neglect of a legal provision on the award of compensation to victims of Scams, the Supreme Court has ordered the British Government through The British High Commission in India, which is the representative of the Head of State of the United Kingdom to make sure they adjudge the aspect of compensation in every Scam victims emanating from UK-INDIA to avoid possible impair/rebranding the British image. I, Oscar Mohammed, Secretary to the British High Commission (Sir James David Bevan KCMG) New Delhi India, hereby write to inform you that I met a file on my table for a pending payment of $2 Million USD from the Reserve Bank of India to your account, as the directive received from our Home Office Department who investigate and compiled results of Scam Victims in India, selected you as one of the legitimate victims to receive the compensation.
