Dear Borracho Tacos & Tequileria, while you certainly are the worse bar in town, it is not necessary to prove it with your god awfully loud music on your outside patio. It is not necessary to have it so loud that people 5 blocks away can hear it. It is head splitting loud and I dont want to hear it INSIDE my business. Really, no one wants to hear that shit. You have proven to be the worse neighbors ever in our nice area. I can only hope people realize what that your poor behavior is not socially acceptable. I ask all my civilized Spokane friends to avoid this place, or tell them that there are limits to how loud a place should be. If you happen to be a patron of Borrachos, please enlighten them on how to behave as a business. PS - City of Spokane - Municipal Government, this cannot possibly be legal to have this music this loud even in the daytime.
