Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, 150,000 people will pass into eternity in the next twenty four hours. Statistically only 3% of those people will profess to be born again, that’s only 450 people. That means 14,550 people are screaming in the torment of Hell’s flames every 24 hours. We who know the truth of God’s salvation are the only ones who can save those who are perishing! I am writing to you today because I understand that you also realize the urgent task that God has set before us to be witnesses to the local harvest field. We also have a long standing relationship and you know my heart and the integrity of our ministry. In 2010 God spoke very clearly to me. He simply said “evangelize Ft. Lauderdale”. In obedience to this directive I have formed Forerunner Evangelism. We were formerly Free Indeed Worship Center, however, I am not a pastor nor is Forerunner a church. Forerunner Evangelism is a work of justice of the International House of Prayer Ft. Lauderdale. IHOP is a mission base located at the Forum in Ft. Lauderdale. I am a missionary sent to Ft. Lauderdale to form a continuing evangelistic outreach to the city. To win a city we must present a unified front. Our first desire is to unify the body of Christ in preparation for the harvest. We need to visit churches, build relationships with leaders and then plan community programs such as our Park Prayer Walks and Youth Basketball Tournaments. These events invite and involve the local churches in the community. These events along with visits and training with these local churches build up to city wide crusades we call A Cry at Midnight. This title was taken from the parable of the ten virgins in Matthew chapter 25. “A cry went out at midnight that the Bride-groom was coming”. So it was with urgency A Cry at Midnight Crusades were formed. We set up a stage in a large park in the community we have been working, invite local worship teams and vendors, and also local ministers to preach the word for 4-5 days, preaching salvation with the power of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit confirming the word being preached. We then assist the churches in follow-up by sending the converts to the local shepherds in their community. In addition to our community outreaches we have a street ministry we call The Film Project and also ministry to local college campuses. We also have partnered with the gospel vocal band Wholy Moses to minister at local churches with worship, crusades, healing services and training churches in facilitating local evangelism. As a missionary I am responsible to raise my own support. For missionaries to third world countries funding goes much further than it does in Ft. Lauderdale. So I am asking you to prayerfully consider financially supporting Forerunner Evangelism on a monthly basis. Please invite us to come to your church and use us to serve and to minister to your congregation and community. Let us assist you to effectively bring in the harvest. Let us stir the fire of the gospel at your home church with amazing testimonies and anointed worship with the gospel vocal group Wholy Moses, preaching the word with the power of the Holy Spirit.
