Dear Business Owner; The City of Prichard along with several major industries in the Mobile area will be hosting The First Annual “Get Hired Prichard” event on February 9, 2015. Over the last several months, the City has been working closely with its residents to prepare them for the many employment opportunities now available in the Mobile County. To further strengthen this process, Mayor Ephriam’s administration, in partnership with local community stakeholders, have developed a comprehensive workforce strategy to address unemployment issues in the Prichard Community and surrounding areas. We are asking you to join us in “Preparing our people for a change”. This will be a powerful opportunity to invest in people. A time commitment of just about three hours will help provide your company with the workforce you will need to support future growth. Our intention is to ensure that we do our part by investing in our communities through education, performance and permanent job placement.
