Those who have been listed vacancy can only get created now once the first phase of admission process is over on 27th june. unlike last year admission process will begin after the third list (and not after every list). this is why the cut off is remaining v high this year. this is good for you because this has decreased the hassles of so many transfers after up gradations. HNLU deserves a big thanks from us. they have shown remarkable improvement over last years failures. you might get upgraded (if chosen not to stay in the allotted NLU and have kept the option open for up gradation). this will be known to you once the actual list comes on 30th june. the fee deposited will get transferred to the new NLU. For those who are not yet listed do not worry. at least 200 seats will get vacated in 2-3 weeks in different phases after 27th june. apply to all possible NLUs after 27th june. (check their websites) 2 to 5 lists are expected after 27th june in various NLUs. rank till 1400 - confirm chance to get bottom 4, may be hnlu/rgnul/rml rank 1400-1800 - very good chance to get bottom 4. rank 1800- 2400 - fair chance to get bottom 4 2400- 3000 - at least assam you may hope for , may be few more if lucky 3000-6000 - keep the chase and do not lose the hope. post your queries here if any / or msg me in teh msg box of this page. if it is very urgent and needs to be discussed over the phone then i will prefer talking to one of your parents. need to sms me the name, location, the rank, preferred time to talk and the query/problem in brief. i will call back. please do not call me, just sms me. i will call back when i am free.
