Dear CP, This post is from Ashim Gupta, Aryan Ajay, Kervi Upadhyay, Kumar Shubham, Himanshu Thakur and many others. We would like to bring to your notice some of the harsh facts about CP (especially the TEST SERIES). We will discuss them point wise- 1. MISTAKES IN MOCKS- There are almost more than 10 mistakes in each and every mock. The figure generally exceeds the mentioned number. There is no one to take the reports to the errors (especially for correspondence students). 2. FAKE PROMISES - On one hand CP’s beautifully designed websites boasts about the RTQ (Right to Query) and on the other hand the system is horribly dull. The website promises that queries will be answered in less than 48 hours. I tried reporting the errors on the RTQ system on 18th December and waited for a reponse and unfortunately I’m still waiting. ( I hope the deadline to clear the doubts is before 10th May 2015) 3. INACCESSIBLE ID- The CP ID remains closed 3 out of 7 days a week. I don’t know why but the moment one thinks of analyzing the mock the ID goes off. 4. DELAY IN AVAILABILITY OF SOLUTIONS- The delay in the explained solutions is unbearable. For e.g. Mock 4 has been conducted but the solutions for Mock 3 are not yet available. Immediate solutions are very necessary for better analysis of mocks and better understanding of mistakes. We have to solve almost the whole mock again, due to the huge delay in the availability of solutions, which wastes a lot of time. 5. NO RANK LIST FOR CORRESPONDENCE STUDENTS- Though the names started appearing in the list after Online Mock 2 but the ranks are not communicated to correspondence students. I hope that CP soon realizes that Correspondence students have also paid the mentioned fees and have the right to know the ranks. 6. THE TYPICAL RESPONSE- Whenever one tries to mail the CP authorities, most of the time he is greeted with a deafening silence but when with God’s grace a reply is showered upon him ( one out of a hundred) the typical reply is, “ We hope soon you’ll be able to give an error free mock”. And we hope this soon comes sooner than 10th May 2015, though the chances seem to be bleak. Now I know that we’ll all be chided by the CP obsessed students but before displaying your affection towards CP due to its past performance please do make sure that you have enrolled to CP test series of 2015. We don’t know anything about the past performances of CP but CP didn’t serve us well. We have no personal grudges against CP or the faculty of CP and we expect the same from CP authorities. It is not us alone. We’re just a group of persons who were able to discuss these problems and came forward to raise voice. Please don’t pass any personal comments, this is highly professional and we expect this to treated in the same way. P.S.- I have a request for the past year CP obsessed students, “Please STAY AWAY.” We have put this post just to bring our problems to the notice of CP authorities as mentioned earlier. The students who have the same complaints are requested to like the post.
