We are a looking for Quality Analyst/ Automation Tester for our key client CMMl5 MNC- UST Global Position: Quality Analyst/ Automation Testing Experience required: 3 to 5 years (Atleast 3yrs of relevant exp. in automation) Work location: Noida/ Gurgaon Job description- Qualification & Skills: * B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant) * Experience on testing tools like QTP & QC is a must * Total 3-5 years of experience with developing automation for web .NET, web services, VB, and/or Java applications and defect tracking and * Knowledge on Test management software, creating and executing test cases and defect tracking * Intermediate knowledge of relational databases (SQL and Oracle) with the ability to create queries * Intermediate knowledge in creating and working with automation frameworks( Modular/Keyword) for test script creation and modification * Ability to incorporate automation with multiple development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative and Agile Primary Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain reusable, data driven automated test scripts in one or more of the following tools: QuickTest Pro (QTP), QC/ALM, Unified Test Pro (UTP) * Work with appropriate project teams to review and provide feedback on requirements and application functionality to improve software quality and to create automated regression test cases. Work with functional QA team to determine overall test strategy * Design, code, test and maintain automation test scripts for applications across test and production environments * Establish and maintain a detailed test automation framework and methodology. Develop subject matter expertise in application and system functionality for development of automation test scripts. Execute automation regression tests to ensure business and technical requirements traceability and complete test coverage * Develop and maintain object repositories, test data, and function libraries. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to Automation team members and QA Management. * Log defects and work with the Business and IT to prioritize and resolve issues. Notify QA Management of any critical issues or testing impacts and delays * Work with Project Managers and QA Management to track and report testing milestones.
