Prepare Structural Work Instructions 2. Supporting Engineering Manager in preparing Engineering Procedures and Engineering Execution Plan 3. In charge for teaching/training/instructing/knowledge transferring of engineering work for structural engineers in Company/Project. 4. Establish database and library for Oil and Gas Structural Engineering/ Designing 5. Supports Engineering Manager in setting up a plane for development of engineering capabilities in PTSC M&C in 10 years look ahead. 6. Set up the training plan to develop the structural engineering skill/ experience for PTSCs engineers to make sure that they can perform the Conceptual Design/ FEED/ Detail Design 7. To manage and control all structural engineering works and assigned personnel to ensure that, the personnel perform proper works, the works complete with budget and schedule for PTSC actual projects. 8. Perform engineering conceptual, FEED and detail design and calculations. Initiates and reviews material lists, data sheets, specifications and design reports. 9. Initiate and review enquiry, evaluates quotations and prepares bid technical tabulations and recommendation. 10. Provides technical assistance on site during fabrication, hook-up, commissioning and start-up as required. 11. Function as lead structural engineer when nominated by engineering department manager/ section head. 12. Technically assist Procurement Department in project bidding, procuring equipment, materials and services relating to Structural discipline 13. Establish contact with client and client third parties to ensure their requirements are understood and communicated to all 14. Perform other related structural engineering works as requirement of Engineering Department Manager.
