Job Title: VP - Manufacturing Reports to: CEO Job Location: Bangalore Span of Control: Multiple Units Education: BE / B.Tech - Textiles Experience: 15-25 yrs CTC: Open to Discuss Job Responsibilities: · Ensuring all factories achieve their monthly financial targets and budgeted performance levels (KPIs).In addition responsible for centralized operation such as central planning dept, central Indl. Engg. Dept, Central Quality dept. · Responsible for negotiating orders with subcontcters and ensure that subcontracting orders are handled effectively. · Reviewing pre and post costing and ensure that orders are executed in planned cost. · The incumbent should ensure that global and regional policies and procedures are effectively implemented within the local environment · Should be able to increase efficiency and control cost. Desired Profile: · The incumbent should be a strong manufacturing professional from Garment, lab our intense or allied industry background. · Should have the passion to take the entire manufacturing process to the next level. · Should have sound technical knowledge and latest manufacturing trends in this environment. · Should be lean champion. Lean certification would be an advantage. · Should have Exposure towards implementing kaizen process, TQM practices. Should be able to lead team of middle management and provide guidance.
