Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like SAP Solution Manager , CRM , LDAP etc. Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus. 4. Patch implementation , product upgrade (8.x) etc. Desirable Skills : 1. BSM Domain (BO Custom reports creation )7.x 8.x etc. including configurations. 2.
