Following up actively with candidate until the Joining of the candidate. 7. Maintaining various internal reports & client reports Skill Requirements: 1. Recruitment exposure (sourcing profiles, screening & short listing, interviewing) 2. Ability to understand terms & terminologies of the relevant domain 3. Ability to generate leads, networking and head-hunting & other ways of generating profiles 4. Good Verbal & Written communication Skills. 5. Good Interpersonal & Team Skills. 6. Good computer & MS Office skills 7. Should be able to work & deliver targets despite stringent time-lines.
