Dear Candidates, We have urgently required following manpower for WESCO/GASCO, Abudhabi. 4 to 5 years of experience for both post Qualification : B.E Mechanical 1. Mechanical technician • Knowledge of basic tools/ special tools, mechanical puller, hydraulic puller. • Knowledge of measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer etc • Hands on experience in dismantling/ assembly of rotating equipment like pump, gear box, compressors, blower etc • Knowledge on inspection of internal parts, damage assessment, procedure for repairing • Knowledge on measuring & analyzing the clearance, float setting, journal, thrust bearing clearance etc • Removal of pumps/ gear box from position at site after dismantling suction discharge mechanical seal pipe • Knowledge of alignment with piping, without piping rim & face method, reverse method, laser method positioning the rotating equipment in place & fixing pipe lines. Salary : 4000 to 4800 Dhms per month INR: 60000 to 75000 per month 2. Mechanical supervisor • As above for mechanical technician • Knowledge of overhauling of all type of pumps, gear boxes, compressors at site • Capable to leading a team to execute the overhauling the rotating equipment by providing technical assistance at site • Leading a team of technicians for dismantling assembly of pumps at refinery sites.
