Dear Chairman and NEC Members I would wish to invite you for a discussion with fans tonight from 8:00 pm onwards concerning the fanss led initiative that seeks to complement NECs efforts on addressing players welfare in the face of ongoing KRA stalemate. For the love of our club, i plead with you to sacrifice your time and log into our three main fans pages (Facebook Branch, Reloaded on fire and Angulus) and share with us your thoughts. As you might care to acknowledge, a section of fans havent really gotten to see your unequivocal support for this initiative. My attention has been drawn to a heated discussion on Angulus fans page whereby the hosts at Radio Jambo have had to endure attack regarding the legimacy of what fans mandated the Kipawa-led committee to do. Allan Kasavuli, Asava Kadima, Esther Luvembe, Timothy Lilumbi, Stephen Mungo, George Aladwa we have only 3 days remaining to the deadline of 23rd December 2014. Arent we doing you a great favour, which you ought yourselves to be at the forefront supporting this initiative? Does it mean that you are certain that come 24th December 2014 our players will have received all the outstanding arrears plus their December salary and allowances? Is it not a good gesture that fans have decided to assist you to do what you were elected to do? Then why are you not supporting this initiative, even if, just for the sake of those boys? Why? Why? Can each one of you share with us how you have so far supported this initiative? As Chairman Players Welfare Committee, I humbly request for your support. I find it difficult to ask fans to contribute yet yourselves as fans within NEC havent contributed and shown support. Immediately after the Radio Jambo Show i had to endure some abusive calls and text messages from a section of fans who think, rightly, I have usurped your functions for the selfish intentions of conning fans. Surely, each one of you owes it to us that by tomorrow you should send your contribution on 0701973244. Honestly this is unprecedented. At Gor Mahia your colleagues always come out to show support. Do our boys ever disturb you with calls as their employers? Does it ever disturb you that our players are suffering and, even if you succeed to sort out KRA stalemate by Monday, the best case scenario is that you will manage to partly offset the arrears which means that the amount may not be enough to cover the debts that our boys have accumulated over the months. The fans initiative if it were to succeed, will be a major boost to you and to your players! Yours Together Kipawa Kimoja Chairman Players Welfare Committee
