Dear Chess Friends, You have already received our platform, our team presentation, our detailed chess in schools program.By this letter, we wish to inform you about the new ECU Permanent Commissions , that our team proposes and will implement after the coming European Chess Union Elections in Tromso. In case our team wins the elections, as we strongly believe today, we need to act immediately. Today ECU has 90% administration costs (35% only for President expenses, & stipend) and almost 0 budget for development projects. There is no any more time to waste. We must start to work from the 12th of August. Our team members are working in groups in order everything to be ready by then.
