Dear Chichester land owners and people with a charitable soul who would like to see a new event venue/theatre in/near our city ... please contact me to say you have some land youd like me to use to build a fabulous community centred venue on. Oh and if you know any really rich people who would like to fund it and have it branded (think O2, Emirates etc) then Id love to talk to you. We are blessed with an incredible modern theatre (Chi Fest Theatre) but its so hard for the average person to book it! I would like to offer space for creative people to hold shows, workshops, meetings and a zillion other things.
