Dear Chrysler, thank you for the days, actually weeks we have spent trying to resolve the issue of my 2006 Dream Cruiser (17222 miles) instrument cluster going haywire and even shutting the car off at high speeds. I am saddened that you have chosen a hardline of calling this strictly a warranty issue and not a family matter, one involving standing behind your product, because as you put it, the years that have passed since it was manufactured. I will pay the 740.92 to get it out of the shop as the dealer has decided not to charge me labor since they didnt resolve the issue correctly the first time and I appreciate the refund of the first attempt at repair which unfortunately failed. Thank you for revealing where you stand regarding customer care. I am learning everyday in Jesus name. Still wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue? Love you all.
