Dear Cia, Thank you so much so much for taking the time to phone me earlier and bring this to my attention. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continually improve on our service to our customers and enables us to identify and rectify any problem areas as soon as possible. We constantly strive to provide our customers with great service and products and sadly this was not the case for many customers at our Somerset West Store. I will be escalating the matter to our Regional Manager so that he can address the customers concerns with the store. I have forwarded your email onto our Facebook Administer so that she can have a look at the Helderberg Facebook Page and liaise with you further from an online media perspective.
