Dear Clients, due to my error I have had to move the 28th October Guided Meditation session to 04th November - for those clients who have just received a personal message from me, your booking will be automatically reserved until I hear otherwise. What are Guided Meditation Sessions? The Guided Meditation sessions (Magic of Meditation) are group taster sessions that happen at Sunnyfield House in Guisborough on Tuesday evenings, 7pm-8pm Sessions are just £5.00 per person as a taster of hypnotherapy. Sessions last around an hour with roughly 30-40 mins of Guided work. You can sit or lie down as you prefer. You can park for FREE close to Sunnyfield House on Guisborough High Street. Sunnyfield House is opposite NERO Coffee shop. What can I expect from a session? Each gentle guided group session will support you in re-setting your system to feel calm and chilled - getting rid of emotional baggage and reconnecting to your higher self. Sessions are generic and designed to relax and refresh clients harnessing the deep power of the unconscious mind. Some clients come with a question they want to answer or have a problem they want to find a solution to. Some clients just come to relax and give themselves some much needed down time Many more clients enjoy these powerful little sessions so much they re book on the night! To ensure my sessions feel intimate and calm I limit the number of spaces so booking is essential.
