Dear Colleagues, I am a finalist for the Arab Film Studio Program with Image Nation Abu Dhabi. I am shooting a 7 - 10 minute fictional short film from 25 - 27 April in Dubai. For serious inquiries for the open role please read on: Synopsis: This is a very human story of a young girl who has made it big in the fashion business but continues to be in conflict with her mother, and a middle-aged man who works hard traveling the region selling Solar energy infrastructure to support his sons medical bills. They have a chance meeting at the airport which influences them to analyze their relationships and tackle their issues. Role (Lead 2): Male, 36 - 45 years, ideally from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Greece or other European nation with fluency in both English and another European language. The ethnic background may be altered so long as the talent justifies it. This guy travels to earn his living selling solar infrastructure. But back home he has a seven year old who is sick with mounting medical bills. Subconsciously, he likes being away from home for work because this avoids his feelings of sadness and helplessness at home given his sons condition. But he doesnt realize that he should be with his family than escaping this way until he randomly meets Lead 1. The part of the Lead 1 (female) has already been cast. This is a PAID job.
