Dear Colorado NVIC Advocacy Team Members, HB 1288, the bill forcing you to get biased state education to use a personal belief exemption, is scheduled to be debated on the House floor today on second reading so it is important for everyone to take one minute out of your day as soon as you get this to call your Colorado House member as ask them to VOTE NO on HB 1288. If you or your child has had a reaction, definitely tell them. Also tell them vaccines often fail and the Health Department has data to show the most cases of pertussis in Colorado are in the vaccinated. Publishing individual school exemption rates is just meant to single out and expose the minority of families taking exemptions in their communities and misleads families about this issue.
