Dear Comcast, Let me take you on a small journey, I own a small - TopicsExpress

Dear Comcast, Let me take you on a small journey, I own a small business in Tucson, AZ and have been using Comcast for 6 years. Over the last year I have been so blessed to be able to grow and expand my company to double the size. I was over the moon with excitement as the grand opening was growing near. I knew that I would need to call to transfer my service to our new location, so i promptly did. Your technician came out to check the new site, we needed two phone lines and a new internet and cable setup. We had set up installation for the Friday after Thanksgiving. SO EXCITING!!!! Well come the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I received an email saying they were not going to be able to be there because we didnt have the correct paper work stating that the landlord knew we were in the space. Friday Morning we were told that Comcast was working on getting this resolved and that we needed this letter before we could get anywhere. We had the property manager waiting for your paper work to arrive and it never did even though we were reassured that it would be done promptly. Around 6 pm I was called to get the fax number again of my property management. AGAIN!?!?! We were told that they would be there on Tuesday to set it all up. I had to go get a Verizon hotspot and add more data to my personal cell phone plan to be able to run my companys software. I also had to have all the phone calls routed to my cell phone. It is now Thursday... still no one. When I called this morning the women on the phone said I had been rescheduled to next Monday. When we spoke to Christine later this afternoon she said that we had never returned her call. We did SEVERAL times.. she just hasnt checked her voice mail because her box was full. I have never ever had such ridiculous customer service. This is unacceptable for your service department to behave this way. No one answers phone calls, no one checks voice-mails or apparently has them set up correctly. I am a mother of two and have to leave my cellphone at my company so they have no way to contact me. Would you like your children or family not to be able to get a hold of you. What about your company, would you like to run your company off of one cellphone and a mobile hot spot. Do you think this looks professional? I assumed since contacting through other arenas isnt working I would try social media... Would like to have rated NO stars, except it would not let me post until I chose at least one star. Thanks Jessica Figueira
