Dear Comcast; You are by far the WORST company I have dealt with and I have been ranting about US Bank for over a month. You quote people one price/package, then you do the complete opposite and charge me for your wonderful, great bundle package! as if I am Donald Trump with a bad comb over and fat wallet pockets! You decieve customers; you have absolutely horrendous customer service. It takes a million clicks on the internet webpage to get what I want. To call you I have to go through five hours of automated messaging; then FINALLY I get to speak to a - wait for it, FOREIGNER WITH BAD ENGLISH - person! Who cannot help me I may add. Then you proceed to send me to another village idiot who asks me ALL my information over again; if I have to give you everything about me down to which boat my ancestors came on from overseas...then clearly you need to communicate and update your systems. You are a horrible company and you have dumb people on your payroll. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking peoples hard earned money in exchange for crappy service.I envy the days when people cared about their businesses, take pride in their product and treat customers like they are valued. Shame on you! Unkindly, Stuck with Comcast until Charter comes to Castalian Springs
