Dear Comcast, please take a close look at my bill history and youll see that Ive never NOT PAID! I GET paid monthly, and when I do youre the first to receive prompt payment...online. Sunday evening is my favorite night for cable viewing. What Im getting at is, I owe you $109.00 and allowing me to pay this Wed., after one of your agents agreed it was okay, youve decided to cut my service OFF! Cable TV, but not my internet, just so in case you can get THE MONEY! Ive got a good mind to drop YOU, but youve monopolized the industry, giving me all this crap I dont need.... Help me out here, facebook friends. iDEAS?!
