Dear Community Members, You may already know that this year the FOBANA 2013, 27TH North American Bangladeshi Convention, will take place at Atlanta, Georgia during August 30 - September 1. We are very excited to announce that Bangladesh Association, Houston has been offered a 20 minutes slot to showcase our local talents from Houston. Bangladesh Association is an Executive Member Organization of FOBANA. We have been attending FOBANA conventions for many years. In June 9, 2013 nineteen members of FOBANA leadership team visited Bangladesh-American Center and donated $1000 to our constructions funds. To save BAH funds, we Bangladesh Association Board of Directors will pay for our own travel and accommodation expenses. We are also requesting all participants to pay their own travel and accommodations expenses. This this is a great opportunity for any artists to perform at the national stage.
