Dear Compatriots, The central government in the United Kingdom has started collecting individual medical records from your GPs. However, you are entitled to opt out by walking to your GP reception to sign non disclosure forms. That means that your GP can never disclose your record to the central government data base. The problem is not really about the contents in your record, but disseminating and selling your records to a third party without your consent or express permission is the main reason why you, your family and our communities at large, should act to block unnecessary intrusion. Therefore, the NANC is asking you to please inform all our people to sign non disclosure forms at your surgery.
