Dear Comrades, Today, we had an interaction and thorough discussions with the Chief Commr., Vadodara, on our agenda as under : A) PROVIDING OF BASIC AMENITIES AND PROPER AMENITIES : The Honble CC agreed on all of our proposals including centralised Air-conditioner and provision of proper seating space to the officer as per their status. However, he required our support to work on this issue. We assured him of deputing our two Comrades to work on this issue, who will be nominated as per their willingness. He also agreed on deputing private security guards in our office. B) HEAVY WORKLOAD ON INSPECTORS : Honble CC was not completely convinced on control room discontinuance request. However, he assured to look into the issue. I will file RTI in this matter to the Board to ask for the statutory authority of control room duty and its relevance and our course of action will be made accordingly. Further on deputation of private security guards, this problem will automatically be solved. Regarding Issuance of promotion orders, he has agreed. He also agreed to provide id password of taxindiaonline and e-manuals to all the sections. C) WELFARE MEASURES : Honble CC agreed on running canteens on tender basic. He also agreed to process the one ICT request of our comrade pending for disposal. He also agreed for speed repair of old staff quarters and new construction of staff quarters at Surat and Bharuch. He also agreed to conduct periodic and regular conducting of JCM by Commissioner, but we requested to conduct the same at CC level as well. He also agreed to finalise Seniority list of Inspectors as on 01.01.2015. Regarding Empanelment of New Hospitals, our two comrades, Com. Avinash Kumar and Com. Nishant Neeraj have taken responsibility to further the work. We are sure to get it done at the earliest.
