Dear Customers, Wednesday, June 12th you most likely experienced problems with your liNKCity internet connection. First and foremost, we want to apologize for the interruption and any inconvenience we caused you or your family. Although this type of occurrence is rare, we take them very personally and therefore do everything possible to prevent them in the first place. We feel as a valued customer you deserve to know what happened. One of the liNKCity fiber huts experienced a cooling system failure which resulted in an unfortunate equipment loss. Our team jumped into action and a temporary cooling system was brought in to cool the hut down so the equipment could be replaced. Service was fully restored around midnight Thursday morning. We are in the process of implementing preventative measures to ensure an issue like this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we corrected this issue.
