Dear Diary, This is a must try exercise... If you are an intermediate or advanced lifter and want to try something different or you are looking for a new challenge, give this superset exercise a try! Tricep dips alternating with leg raises - this will work most of your entire upper body. When doing your dips, a more wide grip will work more chest, narrow will work more tricep, and leaning forward will hit your front delts. When doing your leg raises try to keep control and exhale on the way up. You can also bend your knees and do knees to make it a little easier if this is your first time trying the exercise. I am a multitasker in and out of the gym, so I love hitting multiple muscles all at once. Personally, I love this exercise, and hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
