Dear ELL Families: Well, theyve done it! Made it to the top 4 teams in the entire Western United States. 32 little leagues are left out of the nationwide 7000+ and our boys are part of the 32. REMARKABLE!! The talent at Western Region is unmatched. The NV and Hawaii teams are unbeaten. This will be the biggest test for our team thus far. Our team is the significant underdog, make no mistake, but they have the heart of a Champion. I am 100% sure they will leave everything on the field Friday. They will do everything possible to make it into the Championship. Win or Lose, we will support them and congratulate them. Our league is now etched in stone at Western Region and can never be erased. They are Champions. Now, time to bring on the support! Yes, it is right in the middle of Friday afternoon. Yes, it is 99 miles and 1 hr 45 minutes away. But, they have earned your support! They deserve your support! Find some friends, carpool up, and make memories. This is historic for ELL! WE hope to be here in the future, but it may never happen again. Seize the moment and make these boys proud when they look into the stands and see our SEA OF RED! Please, please, find a way. We have filled almost 2 sections, now we want 3. Only as a last resort and cant get out for the day, make sure to get to OGGIS on Friday by 2pm. It will be packed and the boys love seeing the news on how many people were there. Come out and make it standing room only!
