Dear Elizabeth community! My name is Dorit White and i work with a nonprofit high school exchange organization. we are working with Elizabeth High School and are looking for host families for 2 exchange students for THIS January - Haeri from South Korea and Marco from Italy. I was wondering if you could post on your own page about our program and/or send it to your friends? It is such an awesome program!!! Thanks in advance! Have you ever wished to have connections to Europe, South America or Asia so you could visit your friends around the world? Well, i have a great opportunity for you--- host one of my awesome exchange students and gain a son or daughter from a country from around the world!!! We are looking for host family homes for a couple of kids from a few countries who will arrive this January. I am looking specifically for a host family for Haeri,who is 16 years old and from South Korea. Haeri’s name means “shines like sun”. She is a great piano player and loves music. She has one younger brother and she enjoys drawing and has won art contests at school, and is also involved in the newspaper club. She has attended summer camps in Canada and speaks great English. Her hobbies and interests also include playing piano, watching movies, music, badminton and camping. There is also Marco from Italy! He is 17 and likes cooking, basketball, skiing and of course soccer. He loves to play accustic and electric guitar. He loves to watch sports, too. He has two sisters at home and a cat named Elvis! In school, he studies Greek and Latin to learn about the roots of his country! Marco enjoys family get-togethers with is extended family every Sunday at his grandmas house. He would love to try some typical American sports here and of course he would love to ski in Colorado!
